Dr. Beth Paczolt has extensive clinical medicine experience along with a comprehensive background in strategic medical direction and writing in the medical education/medical communications arena. She is a board-certified Nuclear Medicine Specialist and a Fellow of the American College of Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Paczolt graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine) and initially trained in obstetrics and gynecology, practicing general gynecology. She then completed a nuclear medicine fellowship at Temple University Hospital and served as Co-Director of Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Safety Officer at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. During her clinical years, Dr. Paczolt published in the fields of nuclear medicine and women’s health, and presented multiple continuing medical education (CME) and graduate medical education (GME) programs to fellow health care professionals. She has since spent 13 years in medical education and communications as a medical director and writer, providing strategic research, analysis and content in a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic areas.

As a regional leader in the field of CME/CE for more than 21 years, Dr. Paczolt has designed and guided an extensive array of educational programs designed for physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other health care professionals. She previously served as the Director of CME at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, and oversaw the GME conference program for the cardiology fellowship training program at the hospital. She currently serves as a volunteer accreditation site surveyor and is a member and former chair of the Committee on Medical Education for the Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ), overseeing the accreditation and maintenance of compliance for state-accredited CME providers. In 2015, Dr. Paczolt was honored with a lifetime achievement award from MSNJ in recognition for her dedication and service as chair of the Committee on Medical Education. In addition, she performed accreditation site surveys at the national (ACCME) level for 12 years.
